We are accepting everything from full-length feature films to 20 second shorts! Selected full-length films will not be screened in full, but we will screen a trailer. All selected shorts will be screened.

All films must be submitted by 11:59PM on September 20th, 2025. Films can be submitted via the submission form on this website.

There will be extremely limited seating but the vibe is a Commercial Drive party, with the DJ playing and people drinking while films screen until the finalists are presented, at which point we will turn off the tunes and focus on the films. The audience will then have a chance to vote for the Audience Favourite and all of the awards will be presented.

The Legion is an iconic Commercial Drive staple, serving cheap beer and good times since 1945. Beers are $5.50 and the bar is CASH ONLY. You do not have to be a member to come to this party!

Nope! Sorry kiddos, you gotta sit this one out. This is a 19+ party with lots of liquor and no restrictions on film content.

Sure, why not! We wanna see everything this city has to offer, and we are ready to celebrate subversive art. The event is 19+ and I’m sure the audience can handle it.
